Request permanent deletion of your Ticket Pros account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In the App

If you have access to the Ticket Pros mobile app, you can delete your account directly:

• Open the Ticket Pros app
• Go to More → Profile
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
• Confirm your password to complete the deletion

Option 2: Contact Us by Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@ticketpros.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Please include the following information so we can verify your identity:

• Your registered email address
• Your username
• Your company name (if applicable)

We will process your request within 5 business days and send a confirmation email once your account has been deactivated.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account is deleted:

• Your account is immediately deactivated — you will no longer be able to log in.
• Your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, including your name, email, phone number, and login credentials.
• Your uploaded content (ticket images, job records, and related documents) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Your payment information is managed by Stripe and will be handled according to their retention policies. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Residual copies may persist temporarily in encrypted backups but will be removed during the ordinary course of backup rotation.

Some data may be retained as required by law (e.g., financial transaction records for tax/audit purposes).
