This Privacy Policy describes how Ticket Pros LLC (“Ticket Pros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with our websites, applications, APIs, and software-as-a-service platform (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not collect precise geolocation data (GPS).
- We do not share Customer Data with competitors or for third-party marketing/advertising.
- We use Stripe for payments and DigitalOcean for hosting.
- Business use only (B2B).
1) Definitions
- “Customer” means the account owner organization subscribing to the Service.
- “Authorized Users” includes Customer’s employees, contractors, and sub-users who access the Service under Customer’s account.
- “Customer Data” means data and content submitted to the Service by or on behalf of Customer or its Authorized Users, including tickets, images, documents, and extracted values.
- “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to an individual.
- “Usage Data” means information about how the Service is accessed and used (e.g., log files, performance data, feature usage).
- “Subprocessor” means a third party we use to help provide the Service (e.g., hosting, storage, payment processing).
2) Business Customer Relationship (B2B)
The Service is provided to business customers. In many cases, Ticket Pros LLC acts as a service provider/processor with respect to Customer Data, and the business Customer determines what Customer Data is uploaded and how it is used within the Service. Authorized Users (including sub-users) should direct privacy requests to the Account Owner when appropriate.
3) Information We Collect
3.1 Information you provide
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
- Account information: name, company name, email address, phone number, username/password (hashed), and billing contact details.
- Payment information: payment method and billing details processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We typically receive limited information such as payment status, subscription identifiers, and the last four digits of a payment method (we do not store full card numbers).
- Support and communications: messages you send to us, including support requests and feedback.
- Customer Data: content you upload or submit to the Service, such as images, tickets, job records, and related documents.
3.2 Information collected automatically (Usage Data)
When you use the Service, we may collect:
- IP address (used for security, fraud prevention, and approximate region for service reliability);
- Device and browser information (e.g., type, operating system, browser version);
- Log data (timestamps, pages/screens viewed, actions taken, referring URLs);
- Performance and diagnostics data (crash reports, error logs); and
- Security-related information (authentication events, suspicious activity signals).
3.3 Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some cookies are necessary for the Service to function.
3.4 Geolocation information
We do not collect precise geolocation data (such as GPS coordinates). Our systems may infer a general region from your IP address for security and operational purposes (e.g., preventing fraud, detecting unusual logins, and improving reliability), but this is not precise location tracking.
4) How We Use Information
We use information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Service (including account management and authentication);
- Process subscriptions, invoices, and payments;
- Operate features you use (including processing Customer Data you upload);
- Provide customer support and respond to requests;
- Monitor, prevent, and detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized access;
- Improve and develop the Service (including performance and reliability);
- Comply with legal obligations; and
- Enforce our Terms of Service and protect our rights and the rights of others.
5) How We Share Information
We do not sell Personal Information. We do not share Customer Data with competitors. We do not share Customer Data with third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes.
5.1 Service providers (Subprocessors)
We may share information with vetted third-party service providers who help us operate the Service (for example: hosting, storage, payment processing, monitoring). These providers are permitted to process information only to provide services to us and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
5.2 Subprocessors List

- Protect the rights, property, or safety of Ticket Pros LLC, our users, or others.
5.4 Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, or sale of assets, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to reasonable confidentiality protections.
5.5 With your direction or consent
We may share information when you direct us to do so (for example, enabling an integration) or when you consent.
6) Data Retention
We retain Personal Information and Customer Data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you cancel or terminate your account, we may retain Customer Data for a limited period (typically 30 to 90 days) to allow retrieval, after which we will delete or anonymize it, except where retention is required by law.
Residual copies may persist temporarily in backups, but will be protected and deleted in the ordinary course of backup rotation.
7) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for managing access permissions for Authorized Users and sub-users.
8) Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your Personal Information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the information below.
If you are an Authorized User (including a sub-user) accessing the Service through a Customer account, requests may need to be routed through the Account Owner. The Account Owner may be able to access and manage information associated with your use of the Service, subject to the Customer’s internal policies.
9) Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children.
10) International Users
If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions where we and our service providers operate. These jurisdictions may have different data protection laws than your location.
11) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by posting an update on the Service or emailing the account owner). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance.
